TREMEC is Hiring a Production Supervisor (Nights, Wednesday - Saturday) Near Wixom, MI
- Provide a safe work environment for all team members.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to perform basic problem solving.
- Provides support to team members to enable them to produce a quality product.
- Evaluates team members’ performance, identifying areas of improvement.
- Communicates and enforces company policies and processes.
Shift Hours:
Wednesday - Saturday 4:30 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. Rotating Sundays when required
COMPENSATION: This is a salaried position, paying time and one-half after 45 hours.
- High School Diploma or GED, with a college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing/assembly plant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills with a team oriented focus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability communicate with people at all levels.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook). ADP or other time-keeping software preferred.
- Basic technical reading and math skills.
- Working knowledge of basic measuring devices.
Note: Functional responsibilities subject to change.
