We are seeking a tenured Territory Sales Account Executive, overseeing a book of business in the Pacific Northwest region. This individual will consistently meet and exceed set sales goals, with a strong focus on customer experience, long-term strategy, and foundational relationships with both the customer and the Four Hands team. The Account Executive must live in their regional territory of Oregon, Washington state, or Idaho. Travel is required.In This Role
Develop and personally manage a strong customer base within the Pacific Northwest territory
Strategically grow your account base by prospecting for new customers within your local region
Travel consistently to spend time with your customer base in the field
Gain a thorough understanding of the order processing journey, from confirmed order to shipment
Participate in all company-provided training programs, starting immediately upon hire and including potential future travel requirements
Deliver exceptional customer service, including resolving problems and promptly responding to all emails and voicemails (within 24 hours to ensure effective communication)
Educate and mentor Four Hands customers on company processes, business development & partnerships, market trends, and product knowledge
Maintain a solid working partnership with your Sales Support team member, participating in cross-functional collaboration company-wide
Analyze and track your territory and customer performance, including revenue and gross margin
Execute and implement new procedures, technologies, and advancements
Collaborate with customers to develop strategies that benefit both Four Hands and their specific requirements
Communicate effectively across different departments, including Product Development, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Marketing
Attend industry markets, sales meetings, educational events, and career advancement opportunities
Meet or exceed your individual and company goals
Provide active customer and company feedback through regular interaction, product selection discussions, and growth projections

The Ideal Person
5 years of sales experience; furniture or B2B experience preferred
Experience in Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint required
Familiarity and understanding of the furniture industry or related field
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Must possess excellent networking and negotiation skills, strength in problem-solving, and organization
Strong understanding of customer growth strategies to both small and large-scale business customers
