Our WTI Construction Associate program has been specially designed to provide a strong foundation on which you can build a career. You will be partnered with a Construction Manager for a period of 12-24 months to assist you in your comprehensive, hands-on training in our roofing systems, construction contracts, construction documents & processes. Skills & Qualifications

· Degree in Construction Management (currently earning or completed degree)

The salary range for applicants in this position generally ranges between $52,325 and $65,406. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
