Well established commercial flooring company in Wilmington is seeking a full charge bookkeeper on part-time basis.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
A/R and A/P
Must be a Notary Public
In-Person Role
Payroll Processing & Administration
Weekly Invoicing, AIA preparation & Lien Waivers
Monthly Reconciliations of operating account and credit cards
Pay Quarterly State & Federal Estimated Taxes
Prepare/Support Year End State & Federal Taxes for Accountant
Prepare Year End 1099’s
Bank Deposits
General office duties as needed
Knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Suite Software & AIA Software. Please send resume to email address above.
