DESCRIPTION

Trelleborg Healthcare and Medical is seeking multiple Production Operators to join their team. This position is responsible for performing a variety of manual, semi-automated or automated tasks necessary for the manufacturing of sub-assemblies and/or final product while maintaining productivity, quality, on-time delivery and safety of self and co-workers.

They have multiple openings on the following shifts:

1st Shift = Monday - Friday 6:00 am - 2:30 pm

2nd Shift = Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm

3rd Shift = Sunday(pm) - Friday(am) 10:00 pm - 6:30 am

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in thermoplastic or silicone molding (preferred)
• Technical aptitude
• Clean room component or device level manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Ability to learn and use microscope for extended periods of time
• Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English
• Legible handwriting for required documentation processes is a must
• Computer skills
• Ability to sit stationary for extended periods of time

Responsibilities:

• Operate in a safe and efficient manner using designated tools
• Follow all start up and shut down/OPPM procedures
• Read, comprehend and perform duties as outline in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or Product Specific Standard Operating Procedure (PSOP)
• Work overtime as required
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time up to and including the duration of a scheduled shift
• Fine motor skills in hands/wrist and good hand/eye coordination
• Good vision (with or without corrective lenses)
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs., on occasion
