Trelleborg Healthcare and Medical has a current opening for a Training Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination of personnel orientation and onboarding with all involved departments. You will provide overall data management, administration and oversight for the Training Program. You will effectively develop, coordinate, present, monitor, and report on training programs for all employees that align with strategic and operational goals and objectives.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with functional managers to assure that orientation and training programs are effective, efficient, and meet internal, ISO, regulatory and customer requirements.
  • Develop and maintain an effective method for tracking current and ongoing training requirements by occupation, curricula, and by individual.
  • Develop and coordinate regular train-the-trainer groups.
  • Use a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training program.
  • Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development and delivery of improvements to the corporate training programs.
  • Collaborate with existing subject matter experts on current and upcoming products in order to contribute to the design and maintenance of current and effective training programs.
  • Monitor and measure ongoing verification of effectiveness (VOE) of training.
  • Work with senior leaders and HR to analyze workforce performance so that additional training can be prescribed and developed.
  • Complete regular audits of the Training System, leading efforts to resolve any noncompliance issues.
  • Source, contact and schedule internal and external vendors for specialized training.

Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years progressive Quality experience in manufacturing, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • 2 years experience with design, delivery and execution of training programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully develop and deliver training programs utilizing skills in instructional design, program design and development, and training technologies
  • Strong history of executing the vision of senior management

Compensation package range: $65,000-$75,000
