Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities Involve:

  • Control your own territory without having to worry about being micromanaged.

  • Develop your pipeline through prospecting and face-to-face presentations.

  • Use a custom built CRM tool to connect businesses with local competing suppliers for electricity while ensuring a fixed rate.

  • Collaborate with small to midsize businesses in your local area.

  • Establish success by supporting and communicating openly with your sales team throughout each day.

  • Update and follow-up with clients through the CRM every day.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Energized to work in the field and build relationships with clients/businesses in your target market.

  • Aspiration to grow within our company and receive unlimited earning potential.

  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.

  • Inspired to make $75K within your first year.

Compensation Plan:

  • $30K base salary PLUS uncapped commissions, cash bonus incentives, and fun trips!

  • First year on-target earnings of $75K -$100K

  • Paid Training
