As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their cycling needs, providing expert advice, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand and communicate product features and benefits to customers
• Guide customers in selecting the right bicycle and accessories based on their needs
• Perform bike sizing and adjustments to ensure a comfortable and safe riding experience
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in the cycling industry
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the bicycle or outdoor industry
• Passion for cycling and knowledge of different types of bicycles and accessories
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic bike maintenance knowledge is a plus
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
