About the Position: 

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to provide outstanding customer service and craft delightful beverages for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming bar environment. This role is pivotal in enhancing our guests' experience and contributing to the overall atmosphere of our resort. 

Qualifications

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests. 

• Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks. 

• Assess customers’ needs and preferences to make recommendations. 

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area. 

• Comply with all food and beverage regulations. 

• Manage bar inventory and supplies. 

• Process payments and maintain an accurate cash drawer. 

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless service experience. 

• Participate in ongoing learning and development to enhance beverage knowledge and service skills. 

• Other duties as required. 

Requirements: 

• Proven work experience as a Bartender, with a minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced hospitality environment. 

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. 

• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean. 

• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team. 

• High school diploma or equivalent; further training in mixology, hospitality, or related field is a plus. 

• Certification in safe food handling and alcohol service is preferred.
