Treetops Landscape Design Inc., a family owned and operated company, has been serving the north shore area for over 45 years and is looking for an EXPERIENCED CREW MEMBERS/ TEAM LEADERS to join our close-knit crew. Experience with hardscapes and landscape bed construction is required.

Construction Crew Leaders are responsible for overseeing daily operations on the worksite and ensuring safety for themselves and crew members. Crew Leaders have the following duties and responsibilities:

• Experience with hardscapes and landscape bed construction is required.
• Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making changes when necessary due to weather, supply, delivery and personnel.
• Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors
• Training, managing and mentoring employees and crew members.
• Providing adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs.
• Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear and procedures.
• Developing and managing project budgets and quality standards for all sites.
• Resolving conflicts or miscommunications quickly and amicably.
• Regularly reporting project status to supervisors and owners.
