Salary Range $18.79 - $22.38 depending on qualifications. $1,500 sign-on bonus - $500 after 30 days worked; another $500 after 90 days worked; remaining $500 after 6 months from date of hire.

PURPOSE:

To ensure adequate supply of processed (peeled or unpeeled, cored, seed celled) fruit to Dryer Operator. To efficiently process fruit and deliver to the main dryer.

SUMMARY:

Ensure proper sized fruit is directed to the appropriate line and machinery, while ensuring machinery is functioning at optimum yield and quality levels to meet customer specifications. Ensure targets of 80% feed, 60% finished and 20% reject. Work with co-workers to maintain a continuous product flow to the dryer. Assist Technician Relief with monitoring of slurry for transportation.
