Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients visiting the store
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote products and achieve sales targets
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Demonstrate product knowledge and answer customer inquiries
Experience:
Required Skills:
- Experience in technical or retail sales
- Proficiency in cash handling and retail math
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to operate a cash register efficiently
- Capability to upsell products effectively
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Fluency in Spanish for bilingual customer interactions
- Knowledge of wireless sales for electronic devices
