Day in the Life: Model INSPIRE culture at all times through interactions with team members. Support core finance business processes; financial reporting, revenue recognition, budgeting, financial modeling and forecasting. Validate departmental results, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure active departmental involvement in core financial initiatives. Work collaboratively across the Company's locations and service leaders to help facilitate effective processes and assist in executing financial initiatives. Management skills. Travel to Support Center in Greenville, SC as needed. Month end reporting- 25% Operations centric ad hoc reporting- 40% Ad hoc project work- 35% Ideally located in Eastern or Central time zones. Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree Approximately 2-3 years of experience in consulting (think Big 4) or investment banking environment, ideally in a heavily quantitative field. Ideal candidates will have exposure to financial analysis with a title such as Consultant or Senior Analyst. Strong track record of progression (career advancement).
