Busy Doctors Office

Medical experience preferred

Job requirements:

• Communicating with patients and providers.

• Scheduling, canceling, and rescheduling patient appointments

• Answering multiple phone lines and accurately documenting messages

• Knowledge of ICD-10 and strong knowledge of Insurance Companies

• Insurance verification/authorizations, verifying and updating patient demographics

• Check-in and check-out patients

• Scanning document into EMR file

• Knowledge of basic office equipment including copier, scanner, fax and computer

• Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to organize and communicate clearly.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and employee information.

• Able to multi-task.
• Takes patients histories.
• Prepares treatment rooms, maintains supplies and equipment for treatments.
• Assists physicians with minor surgeries.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
