The Optometrist will provide outpatient comprehensive optometric primary care service including preventative and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment as well as primary optometric care consultation services.

Doctorate of Optometry from an accredited University, three to five years of experience, Active Florida License required. DEA license (optional). BLS certification required. TCCH is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
