Treasure Coast Community Health is a well-established and highly respected Federally Qualified Healthcare Center seeking a Medical Records Clerk to compile and maintain medical records of incarcerated persons to document patient condition and treatment, within the confined of the Indian River County jail. Duties and responsibilities will also include reviewing, reporting and researching patient files, utilizing our EHR system, responding to records requests, etc.

High School Diploma or GED required. One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
