Overview:

Treadwell speacializes in Epoxy Flooring, Gypsum Underlayments, and Polished Concrete. We are seeking a skilled and experienced flooring Installers to join our team. As a Flooring Installer, you will be responsible for installing various types of flooring materials in commercial settings. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Install various types of flooring materials, including flooring underlayments, epoxy coatings, and polished concrete

- Subfloor Preparation

- Adhere to safety guidelines and use appropriate tools and equipment

- Ensure proper installation techniques are followed to achieve high-quality results

- Collaborate with co-workers and supervisors to execute projects efficiently

- Maintain a clean work area and properly dispose of waste materials

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in construction is preferred but NOT required

- Proficient in using power tools and equipment related to flooring installation

- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints is a plus

- Knowledge of different flooring materials, their characteristics, and installation methods

Skills:

- Attention to detail

- Time management: Complete projects within specified timelines while maintaining quality standards.

- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients and team members to understand requirements and provide updates.

- Problem-solving: Identify issues during installation and find appropriate solutions.

- Physical stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week
