TRC Talent Solutions is Hiring an Utilities Associate Near Garner, NC

TRC's client is a leading provider of workplace and on-the-go food services looking for a Route Team Lead on a full-time, direct hire basis in Garner, NC.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist Customer Service Managers with daily opening and closing of the operation, and training of new route service personnel.
Drive company truck to deliver such items to customer's place of business.
Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
Load machines and perform product rotation to ensure freshness.
Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of machines and other related equipment.
Listen to and resolve service complaints; report all complaints to immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays.
Accountable for all receipts of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received or collected, and product.

-Keep company vehicle clean and organized at all times; perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspection.

REQUIREMENTS:

3 years driving experience required
Valid driver's license and good driving records

Prior team leadership experience
1-2 years' experience in a customer service position, or a minimum of year of related experience
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. on a consistent basis
