TRC Talent Solutions is Hiring a Quality Technician Near White, GA

TRC Talent is looking for Quality Technician for a client in White, GA

SUMMARY
The Quality Technician is responsible for all incoming inspections mainly for solar cells, in accordance with the high industry standards and within manufacturing timescales.

RESPONSIBILITIES
 Inspect raw materials and solar cells to ensure consistency and integrity.
 Communicate with the Korean Plant regarding solar cell quality issue.
 Maintain, test, and troubleshoot all instrumentation devices.
 Test a certain percentage of all products based on industry standards.
 Report all issues and concerns to senior manager in a timely manner w/o an omission.
 Accurately record data and production information.
 Provide trainings and support to Quality Management Team.
 Adhere to the Health & Safety procedures.
 Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
 High School Diploma.
 1 years of experience in quality related fields
 Proficiency in Korean, both spoken and written.
 Ability to communicate at all levels both verbally and written.
 Basic PC skills.
 Flexibility to adapt to different tasks.
 Awareness of Health and Safety.
 Eye for detail and quality.
 Must be able to communicate effectively within the team.
 Able to tolerate a fast-paced work environment in areas that are not climate controlled.
 Assertive, able to cope with pressure, self-motivated and driven team player.
 Proactive approach toward various issues.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
 Experience in assembly and/or manufacturing environment.
 High level of work ethic toward improving organizational culture.
