RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure daily processing is complete and all transaction batches are posted prior to required deadlines.
- Monitor and respond to queries and requests from participants.
- Contact participants regarding incomplete or inaccurate information on forms submitted for establishment of new or existing accounts.
- Research and analyze available documentation to resolve account discrepancies listed on reports.
- Assist in the detection, reporting, and mitigation of irregular activities within the program.
- Assist current or prospective participants regarding questions about the Savings Program and assist call center staff.
- Assist with Entity Scholarship Accounts and electronic files from vendors and schools.
- Assist in monitoring trade and price file activities as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or other related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in banking, accounting, or related field.
- 2 years working knowledge of IRS Section 529 Qualified Tuition Programs.
- MS Office skills including in-depth knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing applications.
- $60,000 depending on experience
