TRC’s client is a healthcare technology company that offers remote clinical testing. We are seeking a Patient Engagement Representative to join their team on a long-term contract basis.

WHAT OUR EMPLOYEES DO:

• Provide an excellent member experience over the phone by communicating with confidence on both inbound and outbound calls.
• Engage in proactive outreach by conducting outbound calls to help patients understand the purpose & process associated with at home testing.
• Demonstrate patience, empathy and active listening to identify and address any member questions or concerns.
• Work independently as well as part of a team to meet goals and increase test adherence by providing instructions, overcoming objections, and assisting members with the download of our smartphone application.
• Handle sensitive data with great attention to detail
• Maintain knowledge of company products and technology with the ability to relay this information in a clear, concise manner to patients.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• 2-3 years minimum experience in a high-volume, fast-paced call center environment
• Previous experience with outbound calling required
• Ability to build trust and rapport over the phone, with excellent customer service skills
• Highly organized, results-focused individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively work remotely (a designated workspace, quiet environment, strong internet connection)
• Prior experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, business development, or biotech industries preferred but not required
