TRC Talent Solutions is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Coordinator
- Open Invitation’s to Bid in QuickBase System
- Coordinate with Estimating and Sales on getting pricing
- Prepare proposals
- Follow-up on outstanding quotes
- Research databases for opportunities to bid
- Ensure customer’s expectations are met
- Promote company values and principles
- Architect data entry
- Open quotes with all relevant information necessary allowing Estimating to provide accurate
pricing. - Ensure all drawings and addendums are current to aid in accurate pricing estimations.
- Prepare a price proposal specific to the customer we are quoting and ensure that it is delivered to the customer via their expectations.
- Ensure bid deadlines are always met or exceeded.
- Provide large account bid package preparation assistance for Outside Sales when necessary.
