Immediate hire for Subsurface Utility Technician in Richmond, Va
Position Summary / Job Duties:
- Proficient use of various electromagnetic detection instruments and ground penetrating radar to designate / map underground utilities.
- Able to review and understanding engineering plans.
- Experienced in operating vacuum excavation truck a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience designating / mapping underground utilities.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Must be able to lift equipment or materials up to 50 pounds.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
- Must be able to obtain access to federal facilities.
