Required Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent (may be substituted for experience).
• 5 plus years of Construction Inspection Experience.
• Supervisor 4 Plus years' experience.
• PENNDOT Certification in Asphalt and Concrete a MUST

Preferred Experience

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Previous PennDOT and or PA Turnpike Inspection Experience.
• NICET highly desirable

Experience and Skill Requirements:

Minimum Requirements (One of the following)

• One (5) year minimum PennDOT experience as a Technical Assistant 2 (TA-2) or higher.
• Two (5) years minimum of transportation, highway or bridge construction inspection experience.
• Four (4) years minimum of highway or bridge construction, non-highway or bridge inspection, or highway or bridge design experience
• Holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
