OverviewTo meet growing demand, the System Protection & Automation Engineering group within the Power Sector at TRC is seeking aSystem Protection Engineer(Engineer I) to work closely with a diverse team of System Protection and Automation & Integration engineers on projects for utility, generation and municipal clients across the country.A successful applicant will be responsible for fault analysis, developing relay settings and related documentation for protective relays and control IEDs. Expected to follow client requirements and internal company quality control and quality assurance practices. Also, expected to serve as the interface with clients, other company departments, outside consultants, contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers on technically related matters occasionally. Expected to work collaboratively with engineering lead or technical reviewer on assigned projects. Candidate will be responsible for working closely with other engineering and project management team members and tasks to coordinate overall project deliverables and be responsible for helping maintain project budgets and schedules.
