We are seeking a Heavy Highway / Underground Utilities Supervisor / Foreman to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from daily planning to implementation under the direction of the superintendent
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Maintain safe working conditions in different types of soil conditions
• Document all daily activities and other essential paperwork related to activities preformed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management, heavy highway work and underground utilities
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

If qualified, we may affiliate you into a union if not already a member. Pay will be discussed and dependent on prior experience. In person interview required prior to appointment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38.00 - $60.00 per hour

Application Question(s):

• Underground utility experience is REQUIRED. Position required knowledge in trench safety, utility locating, installation waterline, sanitary ect.
• Experience working in on and around heavy highways in REQUIRED. Most jobsites are located in active traffic zones in/on residential, main and highway streets with a varying amount of flowing traffic.

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
