Travis' Clean Pool Service is a small, locally owned family business. We are collaborative, professional and our goal is to be the most efficient, most effective, and all around best pool company in the Richmond Hill area.

We are looking to fill this position LONG TERM.

We are looking for a dedicated Pool cleaner to regularly maintain and clean a set schedule of pools. If you love being outdoor and working by yourself this is perfect for you. You’ll be responsible for brushing, vacuuming, chemically treating, and inspecting your weekly pools and equipment. To succeed in this role, you should be highly motivated, dependable and above all trustworthy. Attention to detail is crucial, as you are all that stands between a pristine backyard oasis and a green swamp. Since this can be a demanding role, with sometimes long hours, you must be able to give a big smile and a "yes sir/ma'am" if a customer tries to talk with you. We service pools all year so you will need to tolerate this area's weather and bugs. We work rain or shine. Must be self motivated as you will be working alone after training. Candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills. Ultimately, the pool cleaner’s duties are to keep pools pretty and customers happy.

Requirements:

Drivers License with clean driving record

Ability to lift up to 100lbs

Must have a smart phone to use our service applications

Ability to stand all day in hot or cold weather - rain or shine

Must be able to communicate to clients in a clear and concise manner

Must be a team player and share a common goal of 100% client satisfaction

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
