Job Purpose
Our Customer Experience Specialists provide solution-based support to our most valuable stakeholders, our customers. They aim to leverage passion and ability to understand our customer’s needs to provide service at a level that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide Support to Telesales, Web, Marketplace, and Unassigned Customers.
  • Work in a team environment to answer all inbound calls, emails, and tickets in a professional manner and within our service level agreement timeframes.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, returns, quotes, catalog requests, product questions, tracking updates and any other customer inquiries.
  • Fully resolve and follow up with customers on any outstanding issues.
  • Maintain and promote high standards of customer service.
  • Work closely with all other departments including our sales, credit, warehouse, marketing, procurement, and product management teams to troubleshoot issues and to provide a cohesive customer experience.
  • Work with our vendors to obtain quotes, get product information, and tracking updates.
  • Work with our carriers to obtain tracking information, file freight claims and schedule pickups.
  • Help set a positive example for less experienced team members to follow, providing guidance and expertise when needed.
  • Take on additional reports and/or duties if needed to help support the team.

  • Inbound
    CSAT: Score of greater than 90%
  • Inbound Ticket Resolution Time: Average of less than 2 hours
  • Inbound Call Quality Score: Should be greater than or equal to 90%.
  • Inbound Error % Rate: Score of less than 2%.
  • Inbound Call Handling: Should be greater than or equal to 90%.
  • Inbound Call Handling Time: Average of less than 4 minutes.
  • Inbound Call Abandonment Rate: Score of less than 5%.
