BDC Representative Assistant- Travers Automotive & RV Group

In business since 1995, Travers Automotive & RV Group is one of the largest networks of independent pre-owned auto & RV dealerships in the Midwest. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Business Development Center (BDC) team.

Job Description:

BDC Representatives play a pivotal role in our sales process, responsible for setting sales appointments and maintaining long-term relationships with prospective customers, as well as help with marketing efforts by accurately obtaining and logging customer sources and data correctly. This position is a support position to our seasoned BDC agent and one of our busiest locations. Willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take direction from current BDC Agent to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals and objectives as a team
• Conduct 80-120 outbound calls daily to engage potential customers
• Answer incoming store sales calls when needed
• Using the work plan and CRM to recapture lost business under the direction of BDC Agent
• Respond to and initiate 50-100 emails per day to nurture leads
• Assist in scheduling appointments daily to drive sales opportunities
• Communicate with current BDC agent and store managers daily to optimize performance

Schedule:

• M/W/F 3pm – 8pm
• Tues OR Thursday 3pm-6pm
• Saturdays 9am-5pm
• Enjoy Sundays off with our closed schedule.

$14/hr plus monthly bonuses

Experience:
We will train the right candidate. The ideal applicant should be a quick learner, possess computer knowledge, and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
