The role :

  • Our Sales Enablement Teams mission is to enable our 350 Sales department to perpetually deliver and improve This includes onboarding continuous development and cross functional alignment and communication

    As our firstever USbased Sales Trainer you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the training programs for our sales team Our US team currently has about 70 salespeople in various functions think Sales Development Sales Executives Account Managers Implementation Specialists etc with significant growth plans for 2024 You would be developing coordinating and delivering training to get newbies up to speed as well as help our existing team level up their skills through ongoing topical and necessary training At times youll also support these efforts for our global sales team through strong collaboration with your European teammates

    What youll be doing :

    • Designing developing and implementing comprehensive sales training programs that align with TravelPerks sales strategies and objectives
    • Reporting and providing insights and solutions to continuously improve our training programmes
    • Lead the onboarding process for our new joiners to ensure theyre fully set up for success and have access to the correct learning resources
    • Partnering with key stakeholders eg sales leaders revenue operations etc to identify learning needs establish learning objectives and optimize learning content and materials
    • Using and managing our learning management system LMS to develop and share content
    • Reporting and providing insights and solutions to continuously improve our training programs

    What will you need to succeed?

    Proven experience in sales training and development preferably in a technology or SaaS environmentStrong understanding of sales processes methodologies and techniquesAbility to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple levels and continentsnbsp;

    Exceptional communication organization and presentation skillsAbility to create engaging and effective training materialsExperience in evaluating and improving training program effectivenessThe ability to shift priorities based on business needs and make fast initial progress on goals while iterating where neededWillingness to flex up to 5 days a week in the office depending on training needs
