As a signing agent, you will be responsible for traveling to various locations in the Puget Sound area (mainly King, Snohomish, and Pierce counties) to perform signings for refinance and/or purchase & sale transactions for local title and escrow companies. Attention to detail is a MUST!

Experience is a plus, but not required. There is approximately 2 weeks to a month or so of training involved for those with no experience, and still some training for those with experience.
You are paid based on the number of signings you perform. I am looking for motivated and punctual team players who are able to work a fluctuating schedule. Reliable car and smart phone required. Part-time and full-time positions available. Pay scale ranges from $40,000 to $80,000 depending on hours/days worked.
