Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Baristas and Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.

You will be around dogs, so please be comfortable with them.

Duties:

- Assist customers with their orders and provide friendly and efficient service

- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards

- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms

- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices

- Promote and upsell menu items to increase sales.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Basic knowledge of retail math for cash handling purposes

- Ability to handle food safely and follow proper hygiene practices

- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
