Travelex Central Services is Hiring a Product Analyst Near Peterborough, NH
Role: Product Analyst Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent Location: Remote Role purpose: This is a hands-on role, where you will be responsible for and own the tracking, tagging, reporting, analysis and optimisation of the Travelex portfolio of websites. You will have advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, onsite tracking/tagging setup, Google Tag Manager and Optimisation/testing tools with an expertise in analysis, reporting and data visualisation. You will be responsible for ensuring that all digital assets, new product features and KPI’s are tracked, monitored and reported on with recommendations for improvements, shifts in trends and data insights feeding into the product development cycle and shared with senior stakeholders. You will assist the product team in defining the testing strategy by providing data driven hypophysis and ensuring tests are statistically significant. Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Develop and maintain a suite of automated reports, data sets and dashboards for Travelex’s portfolio of websites Ensure full integration of Google Analytics tracking and tagging and lead the migration to GA4 Analyse product performance to make recommendations on areas of improvement with the ability to clearly communicate and visualise insights and data sets. Identify and understand customer needs, behaviours and opportunities. Consistently evaluate and drive the optimisation roadmap forward to drive up consumer growth and customer engagement. Develop and clearly articulate test hypotheses, success metrics and testing requirements, implementing industry best practices around proper test sampling, statistical baseline review and analytical interpretation of site tests. Ensure timely execution of tests, monitor results to identify issues early, sharing results and communicating recommendations to appropriate teams. Work with senior stakeholders to understand business problems and provide subject matter expertise to influence recommendations Skills, knowledge, and experience: Must have: 10 years of proven experience in performing data analysis to generate insights, and opportunities to help solve business and customer problems Expert knowledge in web analytic programmes and web testing tools such as Qubit, Monetate. Google analytics etc. Experience creating and managing targeting campaigns and personalisation features Strong problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail Independent thinker who thrives on autonomy with a mindset to take the initiative Results driven and ability to coordinate and prioritise multiple tasks Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in social science, maths /statistics, economics, computer science. Knowledge of the financial industry including compliance and risk Experience working within a global company and remote teams Keen interest in emerging technologies Technical / professional qualifications and experience: Knowledge in technologies including Tableau, Python, SQL or other scripting languages Working knowledge of MV testing and personalisation platforms Excellent knowledge of working tools i.e., Microsoft Office 365, Miro, Trello, Jira, and Confluence What’s in it for you?
