We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our store team!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
- Perform work to include the installation, inspection, repairs and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fuel dispensers, mechanical equipment, boiler systems and environmental control systems in all departments
- Perform general repairs such as painting/caulking, patching walls, security hardware, roof repairs, pavement repairs, tile and floor repairs, hanging shelves, facility lighting and landscaping
- Perform light porter duties; moping, cleaning of restrooms and showers
- Coordinate the work of outside contractors to ensure scope of work is being performed correctly; Inspect work for completeness
- As directed by management, coordinate, assign and inspect work for completeness of porters
- Maintain appropriate inventory of material, equipment and supplies
- Possess a current and valid motor vehicle operator's license
