Job Brief

Manage the relationship between TA and its 3rd partyservice providers. On a day-to-daybasis, incumbent will be the point of contact to audit 3rd partyrepair invoices for billing accuracy based on industry standards. On a more strategic level, candidate maintainsTA vendor repository with updated contracts, adding new vendors in high demandareas, and removing anyone who is no longer part of our network.

Duties andResponsibilities

1. Responsible for managing a network of over 15,000 service providers and negotiating pricing, invoicing procedures, and overall protocol to reduce the dwelling open work orders.
2. Reduces monetary risk on open work orders by reducing open work order dwell times and increase vendor efficiency.
3. Works with vendors on negotiated pricing based on the volume of business. Negotiate volume based rates with target vendors to streamline set up, repairs, and billing of events sent to them from TA.
4. Provide consultation on vendor pricing escalations and services requested from vendors.
5. Works directly with vendors on invoice accuracy disputes escalated by TA and customers.
6. Maintain accuracy of data and contract status within TA vendor repository
7. Leads invoice escalations that are high in dollar amount due to extensive damage, multiple repairs required, insurance claims, or other actions that would cause significant charges to TA or one of TA’s customers.
8. Manage through 3rd party warranty work to make sure TA and customers obtain allowed funds.
9. Seeks out vendors and areas that can be included in the network.
