Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, sales, and technology products. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers, processing transactions accurately, and promoting products to enhance the customer experience.
Duties:
- Greet customers and provide assistance with product inquiries
- Process sales transactions using a Point of Sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments accurately
- Recommend additional products or services to customers through upselling techniques
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service and cash handling
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of electronics sales and technology products is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently
