Our stores carry drinks, snacks, health and beauty items, gifts, clothing, accessories, and local items for the hotel guest.

We are currently recruiting for a District Manager for our stores located in some of the most prestigious hotels in South Florida and the Caribbean.* This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President of Operations and will be responsible for 16 individual locationsand growing *representing over $13 million in annual sales. These locations sell souvenirs, gifts, fashion accessories, snacks, grab-n-go food, Starbucks coffee, and sundries in an upscale boutique environment.

The ideal candidate will use their experience in retail management to:

  • Achieve corporate goals for sales/payroll and inventory management in each location.
  • Be a role model to the Store Management team and the expert on company culture, store operations, policies and procedures and management skills.
  • Be responsible for motivating, managing, training, and developing a team of retail store managers and provide on-going direction and support in all areas of growing business.
  • Conduct regular routine store visits.
  • Support corporate directives from merchandising team, loss prevention, finance, and human resources to ensure that information is properly communicated, and directives are properly executed to meet the needs of the business.
  • Communicate with store managers on a daily or as needed basis and provide feedback.
  • Act as liaison for the Company and the hotel partners and vendors to ensure success of the relationship.

Along with a passion for retail and the highest level of service our ideal candidate will bring to the role:

  • 4 plus years multi-unit Retail Management or District Management experience for a specialty retailer.
  • Experience managing or leading a team in a coffee café/food service environment a plus.
  • Experience with visual merchandising/plan-o-grams.
  • Experience working with corporate buyers and/or planners.
  • The ability to hold oneself and others accountable to standards and deadlines.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • A proactive ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Proven follow-up skills and a self-starter attitude.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
