Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink and food selections
- Maintain restaurant clean and organized
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register, POS, Reservation system
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to all food safety, handling procedures and steps of service
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for banquets or events

Experience:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in bartending or food service roles, is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and calculating drink prices
- Familiarity with different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
