Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to represent our company and promote our products or services. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, creating brand awareness, and driving sales. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demos and provide information about our products or services
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Collect data and feedback from customers to improve our products or services
- Create and manage social media content to promote brand awareness
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
- Deliver compelling presentations to educate customers about our brand
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to large groups
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food service industry is an advantage
