As a RV Lot Porter, you will be moving RV's, travel trailers, and 5th wheels around the lot and to local sublet locations if needed.

The shift for this role will be part time and determined by the supervisor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Drive customer and stock units around the lot and into the shop
• Drive customer and stock units to local sublet locations
• Maintain shop cleanliness
• Sweep and use the floor scrubber on the shop floors
• Trash removal from inside the shop
• Trash removal from the outside grounds
• Report any mechanical issues with units and company equipment
• Other duties assigned by the service manager

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES :

• Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for
• prolonged periods of time.
• Manual dexterity, fine manipulation and the ability to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Occasionally lift up to 100 lbs., and / or 50 lbs. frequently. o Constantly moving 20 lbs, to move objects.
• Driving a small pick-up truck or box truck 60% of the time.
• Must be able to operate simple to complex and heavy-duty machinery.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS :

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must have a valid Driver's License with a good motor vehicle record. CDL would be nice to have, but not required.
