Complete patient evaluation on Oasis Form, Oasis review, generate care plan coordinate care with physician.

-Educate patient on disease process

-Wound Care

-Lab Draws.

Knowledge of Axxess EMR plus.

Position is Based in Home Health care setting.

Full time or Part Time position.

Services area Wayne County- Roseville, East Detroit, Warren, Troy, and surrounding area.

RN License for State of Michigan
