Transteck has an immediate opening for an experienced Parts Counter person to work 2nd shift at our heavy truck dealership located in York, PA.
Description for Parts Counter :
In person / phone / email / online sales
- Source parts as needed for speedy fulfillment
- Meet sales goals and gross profit goals
- Order parts according to dealership procedures
- Maintain special order parts for service department
- Resolve customer problems and maintain excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Ongoing OEM training to stay current with parts changes
- Provide written quotes to customers as needed
- Process core / warranty according to company guidelines
Qualifications :
- High School diploma or GED
- One-Two years sales experience preferred
