- The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary to work as the main contact with our customers, insurance companies and our body shop.
- Position will also be responsible for selling all of our services to customers and prospects.
- Complete estimates and settle payments with owners and insurance companies.
- Develop customer base in assigned area and grow dealership revenue.
- Position requires extensive background in heavy truck repair, truck painting, and paint systems
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Proficient in using estimating software and tools
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
