Transportation Services Unlimited is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Logistics Analyst with a positive attitude to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manages all the administrative functions of internal dispatch software and tank monitoring systems for all branch locations.
• Develops and interprets analytics from the dispatch software, in order to provide feedback to all team members for operational and financial efficiencies
• Communicates and manages all requests for support with dispatch system support staff, including working with company's IT department.
• Responsible for generating and dispatching all inter-company transfers of equipment and products between branches within the dispatch system.
• Monitors daily dispatch operations at each branch to ensure accuracy in the system’s function.
• Maintains an accurate log of all customers with tank monitors.
• Identifies deficient tank monitors and schedules repairs with each branch’s service team.
• Must be available to assist service teams by phone in tank monitor calibration.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Three years of experience in logistics/transportation, especially in using a logistics/dispatch software and its application in routing and planning efficiencies (Transportation Management System or TMS)
• Three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish
