Transitions works to end poverty and homelessness for women and children in Spokane.

Use your skills and/or education in a mission-driven setting to help women in Spokane rebuild their lives while exiting homelessness. We’re looking for a motivated individual who enjoys working with women, can navigate complex housing needs, works independently and with a team, and who will take ownership of and pride in this position.

Transitions currently has a rare full-time opening for a Case Manager at Miryam’s House (MH). In keeping with Transitions’ mission and core values, the MH Case Manager provides professional housing case management, life skills training, career and vocational exploration and other support services to move the women at MH towards permanent housing.
