Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Marketer to join our team. As a Marketer, you will play a crucial role in promoting our Hospice services to Tulsa and the surrounding communities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and carry them out.

Duties:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote Hospice services

- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and develop new referal relationships

- Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team to ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels

- Plan and coordinate with our Clinical Staff, public speaking engagements to educate the public about Hospice and our services

Skills:

- Knowledge of Hospice and the Hospice Benefit

- Previous Marketing experience

- Ability to self manage time

- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences

- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Ability to market products/services effectively and drive census

This is a full-time position Monday - Friday
