Maintenance Director Responsibility Highlights include:
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and perform and needed repair.
- Maintain, repair, or replace HVAC equipment.
- Painting of walls and trims.
- Performs various plumbing and electrical repairs and maintenance.
- Performs overall upkeep of grounds, sidewalks, and parking lots.
Maintenance Director Minimum Qualifications:
- Associates or Specialized degree and four years experience or 6 years experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- 2 years experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- EPA Proper Refrigerant Practices Certification preferred
- Valid Drivers license.
