The Multi-Site Supervisor/Program Specialist provides administrative leadership to Intellectual Disabilities program staff and assists the Program Director in oversight of the ID Program. Duties include:

1. Leads/assists staff in the utilization of person-centered approach to planning and deliver of service to promote growth and independence while fostering a safe, secure, and supportive living environment both at the group home and the supervised apartment setting.

2. Assures compliance with 6400 regulations

3. Mentors and supervises program staff, assure proper staff coverage

4. Coordinates assessments, service, plans and reviews for Individuals Served

5. Monitors daily operations of assigned programs

6. Participates in on-call rotation

Pay: $46,800.00 - $58,500.00 per year
