Marketing Specialist/Strategist

We are looking for a Marketing professional to lead a set of marketing activities including digital campaigns, integrated campaigns, social media, advertising, etc. The person(s) selected for the role will be part of our marketing strategy group. Due to strong demand, we are looking for professionals at all levels, from junior to director. The director level professional(s) will provide strategic marketing leadership to their team and work closely with our Agency Head and other leaders to set, align, and execute on key customer projects and on the strategic vision for the organization.

The Marketing Specialist/Strategist is responsible for designing and leading campaigns, devising marketing plans for projects and programs, developing strategies for marketing objectives, allocating resources to projects, and, if a management level, setting short-term and long-term department goals.

This role is remote but the candidate must reside in Nevada, (preferably in the greater Las Vegas area) California, Ohio, or New York.

Responsibilities:

• Design digital and integrated marketing campaigns
• Devise marketing plans for client projects and programs
• Organize and run discovery efforts, workshops, and stakeholder interviews
• Supervise the execution of marketing campaigns and programs
• Contribute to the marketing of our own offerings
• If in a leadership position, build, lead, and mentor a multi-disciplinary marketing group
• Stay abreast of everchanging marketing trends and technologies and apply these in our work
• Ensure the brand messaging, graphics, and other collateral support strategies and objectives
• Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
• Contribute to or lead management of budgets for campaigns and programs
• Help craft and track KPIs to measure operational and performance results
• Assist in the acquisition of new clients by contributing high-level solutions and ideas for RFPs
• Build and grow relationships with clients based on results, innovation, and trust

Qualifications and Skills:

• BS or MS in Marketing or relevant field
• Proven 2 years of experience in marketing strategy (5 for management)
• Experience running successful marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with inbound and outbound digital channels for both B2B and B2C
• Understanding of multiple marketing and capability to leverage them in strategies
• The talent, drive, and ambition to be a top-notch, world-class marketing strategist
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
• Experience planning and managing budgets
• Specific knowledge of Marketing or Marketing Automation tools desired
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• An eye for good creative work
• Attention to detail
• Professional Certifications in Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Martech, etc. a plus
• Experience with CRM software a plus
