Transforming Youth Movement is Hiring a Community Service Coach Near Charlotte, NC

Transforming Youth Movement, Inc. is seeking applicants for Community Service Coaches to work with at-opportunity and justice-involved youth in Mecklenburg County.

If you would like to make a difference in the lives of youth, consider joining our team! TYM is a 501(c)(3), nonprofit agency having served over 2400 youth and families across the Piedmont region. Our mission is to inspire community transformation and positive social change through youth. QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma accepted.
  • Bachelor’s degree or some college is preferred.
  • At least 1 year experience working with youth.
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
  • Pass background check with flying colors.
  • Bilingual helpful but not necessary.
  • Juvenile Justice and agency specific training provided upon employment.

Job Type: Part-time, up to 20 hours weekly, after-school hours and weekends.

Pay rate: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Must be available 2pm - 9pm & some Saturdays

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Required)
